Facial Palsy

Facial palsy is a condition caused by weakness or paralysis of the facial muscles due to dysfunction of the facial nerve. It can affect one or both sides of the face and may impact blinking, eyelid closure, facial expressions, speech, and overall eye protection. In many cases, incomplete eyelid closure can lead to dryness, irritation, watering, exposure-related damage to the eye surface, and vision problems.

At OASES Eye Care Center, we provide specialized management for facial palsy-related eye and eyelid conditions. Our treatment approach focuses on protecting the eye surface, improving eyelid function, restoring facial balance, and enhancing patient comfort and confidence.
